Reddit, Rogozinski filed a petition the U.S. Supreme Court on 17 November 2025, asking the Court to review a Ninth Circuit decision, where the appellate court affirmed the district court’s dismissal and concluded that Reddit, not the creator of the subreddit, owned the WALLSTREETBETS trademark due to its role in providing the core services underlying the community.
